Re: Intel MPI Library
Can a compiled .EXE file run on another machine that doesnt have the Intel MPI library on it or does the target computer need that to run and its okay to share that from the licensed machine?

according to the MPI Licensing FAQ you are allowed to redistribute the runtime components you need. See: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-mpi-library-licensing-faq/
