Hello everyone,
The next version of Intel C++ Compiler Professional Edition for Windows, Linux* and Mac OS* X have just released. The new version comes with a new name: Intel C++ Composer XE for Windows, Linux* and Mac OS* X.

If your support service is still valid, you can upgrade to the new version for free. But your existing license will not work for this new version. When you log on tothe IntelRegistraction Center (IRC),it willgenerate a new Serial Number and a new license for you. And an email with the new license and SN will be sent to you.

This version of Intel C++ Composer XE for Windows supports Microsoft* Visual Studio 2010* (std or above for IDE integration as usual).

The problem was that the license file did not have the right read permisions. A very strange error message to get in that case.

I think , the entire issue lies between the licence file , but could not change the permission ,

check the access of the file ...

Could you please specify what you mean with the permission issues on license files?
