Intel compiler not found when make pycaffe

Hi, All

When going to use the Python API in the Intel Caffe, I met that: Weight grad compression disabled Intel compiler not found.

I have excuted the command; "make all", "make test" and "make runtest". All of them succeeded.

But when I excuted the command "make pycaffe", it reported errors.
