I'm trying to change the Server Host ID for our license server and I keep getting Invalid Host ID format. Is there someone I can contact to find out why our host ID isn't working ?
Can someone please contact me right away since our compilers are unable to run because the license server isn't working. Thank you.

When I go to http://www.intel.com/supportticket, I login, then I get the error 403: Access Forbidden. Any ideas why this is happening ? Can you please check my access ? Thank you.
