As a matter of respect to Software Engineers of Watcom Corporation that worked hard more then 20 years ago on Watcom C++ compiler project. Hello everybody, It is Hard to believe that Open Watcom C++ compiler team would be able to restore Watcom C++ compiler Performance Glory. So, take a look at a topic: 'Integration of Open Watcom C++ compiler - details, performance evaluation, etc' Web-link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/watercooler-catchall/topic/606505

Hi,

Are you sure that won't be a waste of time and other resources? Say, llvm (as Intel Compiler) already offer OpenCL support. And when you suppose to add this feature to Open Watcom?

Regards,

Alexander

Alexander, I've posted an answer on your question and please follow a thread in Water Cooler Forum. There are also two questions for you and take a look. We shouldn't "pollute" Intel C++ compiler Forum with lots of details about Watcom C++ compiler and distract all the rest IDZ users who use Intel C++ compiler. So, please All Questions need to be done at: *** Integration of Open Watcom C++ compiler - details, performance evaluation, etc *** Web-link: http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/watercooler-catchall/topic/606505
