New OS X installer download broken

Trying to download the OS X installer all morning. It always comes down corrupt. Have tried several browsers and also from my Windows machine. What's up?

Seems to be working now.

Sorry for the duplicate post - the forums are slow and there is no visual queue that pressing the submit button actually takes effect.

I spoke too soon. It's still timing out or something, after downloading only 6MB or so.

I can download the initial release of XE 2013 SP1, but not "Update 1".

You mean the online installer for Intel® C++ Composer XE for OS X* SP1 Update 1?
