PETSc problem and Patch for non-commercial versionof icc

I am currently using non comercial version of icc (l_cc_p_8.0.055), neverthelessI can not use that compiler with PETSc with optimization option O_complex.
For that reason, I sent an email to the software development group of PETSc and they suggest me to usethe patch for 066, however I can not install that patch since this patch is for icc 066 baseline package.
I am wondering that are there any patches available for the non commercial versions of icc and ifc? How can I get those patch if they are available? Or, intel continously upgrading those compilers non commercial versions?
If you can help me on those points, I would be very glad.

I was using, I think, l_cc_pc_8.0.058_pe061, and I just downloaded and
installed l_cc_pc_8.0.066. I then applied that patch, l_cc_pc_8.0.066_pe069.1.
