Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition 2016 installation crash

I was adviced by intel support to post here, strange as it is a installation issue.

< Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition 2016 (Trial) web-install fails (chrashes) at "Loading config_itac.xml". And i am running it as Admin and all that shit. I did try the full version and it also failed the same way. I tried to bypass it by renaming config_itac.xml. But the next xml (config_advisor.xml) generated the same result.

Setup: Windows 10 Pro x64
Intel Core i7 920
VS2013 and VS2015

This is a strange error that we haven't seen at all.  For further investigation from our installation team, could you please attach the log files from the last run? The files are:  %temp%\pset_tmp_PSXE2016_*\*.*

I also posted it on Registration & Licensing forums. was adviced by mail to post there. Deb is already investigating it.

I provided her with a install log file.

What i can add is that I targeted temp dir to a Ramdisk. Thought that might have had something todo with it.

I have had some issues with installing things. I tried with a physical disk temp dir, but it generated the same result.

I can point out that both system and user (TMP, TEMP) env variables targets the same folder. and its not....\App****.

This is due to system is an SSD drive and i wanted to spare some token writes to it and also save space.  I dont imagine

this can compromise the installation but it is an deviation from normal Win env. Will forward this to Deborah.
