Parallel Studio license not working for new release

Hello

I've got a Parallel Studio license on my network (flexlm).

The licence works fine for Parallel Studio 2019 and lower, but failed for Parallel Studio 2020 !

It says a Licence for Comp-CL is not available now (-15,29)

I'm the only user and I've 5 licences, I see the 5 licences on the flexlm server.

Why that issue ?
