Problem when compiling DX90SDK BaseClasses

I have DX90SDK summer2003 version. I also made an DS filter that uses this SDK.
Problem is following:
IfI compile BaseClasses from dx90sdk with W_CC_PU_8.1.020, GraphEdit crashes when trying to load my DS filter.
IfI compile BaseClasses from dx90sdk withnormal VC60 Microsoft compiler,everything is fine.
This problem occurs only in Release, not in Debug configuration.
What could be the problem? It looks to me like it isW_CC_PU_8.1.020? Is there some known bug in W_CC_PU_8.1.020? Should I upgrade to newer version?
