We have purchased Visual Fortran and C++ Prof. We cannot get C++ to show up in Visual Studio.
The C++ integration into VS 2008 that comes with Visual Fortran does not seem to be working. Is there a particular version of VS I need to update to? Does C++ Prof integrate into the VS provided by Visual Frotran?
We have version 11.1 update 2 for both.

Looking at the 11.1 release notes system requirements:

You need to get at least the standard edition of Visual Studio. The version of VS that comes with Visual Fortran only works for Fortran. It does not contain other resources / component require for use with the C/C++ compiler.
