Renewing our academic license for the intel-cc compiler

Hello! 

We are trying to renew for another 12 months, but after filling out an online form,  we did not get the request license file.  Is there a site where we can retrieve the license file?

Please raise a ticket on the online service center they would be able to provide you immediate support on this issue. You could reach the online service center at the below URL.

We would recommend attaching screenshots when raising the issue and give them all the required details.
