Signing of Intel compiler rpms

We are having issues with Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux* (all tools) version 17. 17.1 was not signed and installed on sles-11, 17.7 was now signed and wont install on our old sles-11 server. Which version of 17 was the last NON signed version.

I have subsequently found out that 17 does not work on sles-11 due to old binutils and we have reverted to 16. I am not sure I need the answer to this anymore.
