Unable to access Intel Online Compiler Documentation

As of today, I cannot access Intel Compiler documentations (https://software.intel.com/en-us/compiler_15.0_ug_c for C++, for example). When I clicked this bookmark, I was asked to sign in and then an "Access denied" messaged was given. Do I need to register my Intel Product somehow? My licenses are associated with this account's email address anyway.

I get access denied immediately, no invitation to log in.  The 14.0 version is accessible.

I guess that's probably you are already logged in (I was prompted to log-in just as to this forum). My guess is that this is only temporary. There is no reason to restrict documentation access. Just like their noncommercial site is under revision, perhaps documentations are as well. Hopefully both will be online soon (though the noncommercial one is offline for quite some time now).

BTW, how did you get that link? Apparently, the page the link points to shows as not published yet (probably being edited by the author)

Thanks,

BTW, I've forwarded this issue to the documentation team and will let you know.

The page was publicly available until today. For example, see the product page https://software.intel.com/en-us/c-compilers

Under Learn -> Documentation & Tutorial, Previously click any of the three links it points to the page I mentioned. I have been using it ever since I upgraded to 15.0.

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, the issue is now resolved. The link you reference works now and you should be able to view the documentation accordingly.

BTW, an important point to note:  The top-level node alias for the document for example: https://software.intel.com/en-us/compiler_15.0_ug_c  should work fine and there's no guarantee that the links to nodes within will always remain static and can change in the future. So, always try use the top level node alias link for the doc (which should always exist) and you can navigate from there.

I still see "Access Denied" when I attempt to access several of the links in the Compiler Reference section:

There are denied access links at a lower level in the floating point category as well.
