Purchased Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Linux*
I have activated the licences but when I click on download I am unable to downlad the software .
Five active products are shown in portal, But when I click on c++ compiler that alone I am not able to download. Please help to resolve this.

Go to https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US and click Sign In under Support History at the bottom of the page. Use the same login ID as for Registration Center.
You should be able to see your case. You also will be getting an email from the Support in response to the case that was created.

I am not able to see the case 04156221 , But received mail that it has been created. I responded to that mail and gave the required information. Still I haven't received response.
