I have an active Priority Support account for Intel Parallel Studio but I can't submit a ticket because I can't find that product under Software or other Intel product category. I also can't search for that product under Support. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to even send an email that I have to come here to open a topic for support. Can someone contact me please?
