Unchanged files always being recompiled in Composer XE 2013

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm having a lot of problems with Intel Composer XE 2013.  Most I've logged as support cases with Intel, but I've not logged this so far.

We've got a large solution in Visual Studio 2010 SP1.  Everytime I build, the files in the projects that are designated to build with Intel C++ get built, even if no changes have been made that would affect the files.  Does anyone else have this issue as well?

Hello, We have received a similar report on this issue and that has been fixed. The fix will be in the 13.0 update 1 release. If you have a testcase, I can try it with an internal build. Otherwise please wait for the update1. Jennifer

Is there anyway I can get a pre-release to insure the problem is fixed?
