Update license server host ID - Parallel Studio

Our server hosting our Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux license is being replaced and I need to request a new license file with our new server host info. Since this license is perpetual, but out of support, I don't have the ability to do this online through my account. 

Could I please request a new license file through support?
