We are using Windows 7 x32 and Visual Studio 2010. We received errors when installing Parallel Studio C++ Compiler which are detailed in a separate thread entitled Installation Errors on Windows 7, however Visual Studio is now crashing with errors when students attempt to work on files. Attached are the error messages and the excemption file.
This is critical since it not only affects the class using Intel Parallel Studio, but every other class using Visual Studio.
Thank you,
Marianne Hawk

Hi Marianne,
This issue is actually known. It means you have an eval Studio pkg installed, and the eval has expired.
It's a bug in the Amplifier 2011 module. Please upgrade the Amplifer 2011 to Amplifier 2011 Update1. It should fix the problem.
Let me check how to remove the eval license from your system and that might solve the other installation issue.
thanks,
Jennifer
