Users Guide for Composer XE Update 4 for Mac OS X is broken

The User's Guide documentation for Intel C++ and Fortran Composer XE 2011 Update 4 is unreachable from the main documentation pages. The main index file, 'index.htm', was accidentally named 'index.html' (note the additional "l" at the end of the filename.

This only affects Composer XE 2011 for Mac OS X, and only affects the Update 4 release.
