Are there any plans to integrate Intel C++ compiler with the upcoming VS 2011 Beta, or the integration will be synched with final(release) version of Visual Studio?

We do not usually support VS "beta" release because it's a moving target. Certainly we won't support it in our current Intel C++ Composer XE 12.1. But it might be "supported" with limitations in the future beta. It is being looked at right now.
If you wish to join our future beta program, let us know.
thanks,
Jennifer
