Weird OMP message on swedish Windows system

One of our customers is seeing a DOS window pop-up on occasions when running our 11.1.060 compiled ( with openmp compat).

OMP: Warning #2: Cannot open message catalog "1053\\libguide40ui.dll":
OMP: System error #126: Det gr inte att hitta den angivna modulen.
OMP: Info #3: Default messages will be used.

The swedish is "the module cannot be found"

The issue has been resolved in Intel Compiler version 11.1 update 6.
