Where is the download for the C++ compiler?

 Downloading the "free" intel compiler. Anyone know where the link to that is? I do not want the entire studio and junk, just the compiler for C++, thanks!

Intel C/C++ for Windows requires first an installation of Microsoft Visual Studio including C++.  Intel C++ for windows is a "plugin" on top of that; there is a free trial but not permanently free, with possible exceptions for students.  If you want free software compiler without Visual Studio, there are choices not involving Intel nor Microsoft, but that is not the subject of this forum.
