Which ir more precise, -mp1 or "-prec-div -prec-sqrt"?

Title says it all. I'm just wondering which is more precise, a single "-mp1" or a combination of "-prec-div -prec-sqrt" with sse2 or sse3 optimization with icc 9.0/9.1.

They sound the same, so I'm wondering....
