assembler and wireless MMX

I want to know how can I compile a C++ code with assembler instructions on a XScale PXA 270?

I also need to access the wireless MMX instructions on a Xscale PXA270, running Windows Mobile 5 (and possibly 6). Does anyone know where I can buy a version of the Intel C++ compiler that supports this?

Also, is there a version of the IPP that is available for Xscale?
