icl 10.1.021 do not compile ffdshow with /Qipo !!!

I compile ffdshow-tryout project have link unresolved symbolerror with any relative /Qipo or /GL option ,but it successful compile without /Qipo option and successful compile MS Compiler ,this is strange problem !!!!!!!

ffdshow of ffdshow_2005_icl10.sln project have this problem ,others is not problem.
