Hi everyone how could I uninstall the parallel studio xe 2015 and all his components for osx?

On the terminal cd to any folder outside of the installation directory and you should be able to execute the uninstall script found in the <install-dir>.  For ex: executing  the script <install-dir>/composer_xe_2015.<n>,<pkg>/uninstall_ccompxe.sh  and following the prompts should uninstall the components installed with the composer edition for C++ for Mac.
