Hello,

I installed the Intel License Manager and followed the instructions.

Appears it is looking to start a vendor daemon.

Is there additional software required?

thanks

Yes.  Did that yesterday.  No nothing helpful yet.

I was able to get past the first error by adding "VENDOR INTEL" to the license file.

"immediate assistance" via support page is not happening.  This appears to be a pretty basic question.  Paid for license. Attempting to use license.  License server complains about license format.  Developers waiting to use license and product.  Manager losing patience with why this is taking so long to figure out.

Should my generated license contain a "FEATURE" section?  The error message suggests as much.

"13:53:54 (INTEL) No features to serve, exiting"
"13:53:54 (INTEL) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 36 Exit reason 4"

What is the correct syntax? Please provide an example.
thanks
