problem with flexlm after hard ware replacement

I have replaced a server due to a hardware problem
now my intel C++ compiler filelm wont start

from what i have read on the web my license file is locked out , can you help ?

I have regesterd the license under my name, it was under a Person that left our compeny a long time ago.

How do i get a new license file ?

Under the conditions mentioned in that document, if your support hasn't expired, you can get a license copy emailed to you by entering the account on registrationcenter site. I take it you were able to register the key and set up your account. I would suggest trying the other link given there for questions beyond that.
