Hi
i registered in intel website and downloaded the intel c++ compiler (linux) for non-commercial usage. after that i could download the updates and installed them. now that i want to install c++ compiler (parallel studio) on my new pc it does not accept my serial number. how can i get a new serial number for non-comercial usage?

All your existing registrations for non-commercial Compilers are expired (support-wise). So you cannot install latest versions of the tools. You can only install versions released within the support subscription period defined in the corresponding license files.
You may consider to obtain a new Parallel Studio non-commercial license from: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/non-commercial-software-download/
