unable to install Intel 64 bit version of the compiler on Windows 7 (11.1.054)

Trying to install the 11.1.054 the installer starts but disables the 64 bit version of the compiler. Everything works fine on XP64 with same toolset.
Is there any way to check installer log files and see why the 64 bit option (Intel64) is missing?

I think you can find the log files under your "Local SettingsTemp" dir, or wherever TEMP or TMP is defined to be.
