Cannot download v3.0 update 2 documentation

Hi,

I clicked on this link: http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/8641/Intel_CS_WebRTC_User_Document.v3.0_Update2.zip

on Chrome, but it wouldn't download the documentation for some reason. I was able to download the source code ok. Does anyone have this problem?
