I can't get anything on my public ip

Hello there,

I am pretty new on Intel CS. Followed all the steps on the documentation. I run bin/start-all.sh with no any error. But after when I run my public IP with 3004 it does not work. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Also I checked netstat -lnput and here is my output;
