I am pleased to announce the release of the Intel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTC Version 3.1. The release and user documentation are freely available to download from the Intel® Developer Zone site at http://webrtc.intel.com
The following is a list of the complete features (refer to the Release Notes for details):

Implemented GPU-accelerated H.264 encoding for Windows* SDK.

Added customized audio/video inputs for iOS SDK with frame-based interfaces.

Achieved smooth video chat experience with iOS SDK on HD 720p resolution and H.264 codec.

Implemented video-only and audio-only media recording in MCU.

Developed a configurable node scheduling strategy framework for MCU’s large-scale deployment.

Implemented flexible usage of Intel® VCA in MCU cluster, which exposes VCA media processing capability out of its E5 host and makes it open to all nodes in MCU cluster.

Hi,
There are no limitations to the download, sorry for the confusion. Once you select the "Version" (in this case v3.1), then select "Initial Release" from the "Update" list. It will then display all the files for download (Release Notes, release package, and user documentation package); see attached picture.
The "Update 1" option only provides the user doc package, which contains minor corrections done after the initial release. So, pls use this package.
