Raj, we connected to https://52.91.35.110:3004/ with firefox 56 and 57, they all worked well, we cannot reproduce ice procedure failed issue with your MCU server. BTW, did you add exception for certificate, there would be 2 add exception operations, one is when you open url in tab, the second one will show follow steps in firefox:
Press F12 to open console ->click Network->click socket.io request->copy Request URL and open it in a new tab

Hi, Qiujiao
thanks for the reply,
I have installed SSL in (portal.toml and webrtc agent.toml and in basicserver.js) and also tried without installing our SSL cert in webrtc agent.toml MCU v 3.5.2(dedicated server ip:45.33.63.190) you can access via URL https://linode-mcu.ofabee.com:3004 but still in my environment the firefox ice failed if you like to troubleshoot you can access our local machine via Teamviewer and dedicated server root access details are has mailed to webrtc_support@intel.com
please find the attached screenshots of browser console and toml files

Hi Kiran raj,
Firefox ice failed issue happening only in some corporate network. But in 3.3 version it is working fine all network. You can varify this by installing both 3.3 version and 3.5.2 in two machine and open default conference pages in mozilla firefox in the same network. Now you can conclude lower version work perfect and higher version not
