Hi,
We configured v4.0.1 on a linux server having quadcore cpu,32GB Ram. We have one user publish Audio and video via WebRTC and from the intel media server, we are publishing that video on Wowza using Streaming out API. We felt a lipsync issue, 2 sec lag on audio and video. Any recommendation to avoid the lipsync issue?
Thanks

Could you provide more info?publish codec, resolution, what's the version of intel media server(2018 or other versions), how did you deploy MCU and wowza, did they run in the same device?

Hello Qiuijao,
We are using H.264/AAC codec and the resolution is 640x480. What I meant by Intel Media server was the WebRTC collaboration suite, apologies for the confusion. Both MCU and wowza is deployed on different machines.
Thanks

Hi, does the stream work well in chrome subscribe(not pushing to wowza)? Did you push forward or mix stream to wowza server? Please try to record the same stream you push to wowza server and check whether lipsync issue existed in recorded file.
