Low video quality when two participants in conference

Hello. I tryed to test Conference Server with sample(extras\basic_example\basicServer.js) in version 3.4.1.

It seemed to work well.

However, when the number of participants was two, the quality of video became very poor, but the quality that the participants became three people improved again.

What should I do?

This is an known issue, and it only happened with codec h264, this bug will be fixed in the future release 3.5
