I am trying to understand and find some documentation on HIPAA considerations relating to use of the Recording Agent to record meetings. Can anyone point me to any documentation or information on this? Thank you for your time and effort.

There is no related document on HIPAA now. Our product will not cover HIPAA directly, you can specify your requirement to us and we will check whether our product can fulfill your request or not.

Thank you for your response Qiujiaow W. Our primary concern is with reference to Recordings.

While we can ensure storage is secure and encrypted, we want to understand how the encryption is handled when the audio/video is streamed to the recording agent.

We don't have any encryption for audio/video when they are internally streamed, we have guideline on deployment network, we recommend to deploy recording agent, video agent and audio agent in internal network and not expose them to external network.
