Hello,

We just installed and setup Peer-to-Peer server v.4.2 in AWS. I set up STUN/TURN server correctly and changed the configuration settings in "peercall.html" file along with the Peer server address. When we are trying to run the client application from Windows environment, We are able to see the video both sides, and able to send messages both the sides. But, we are unable to hear the audio both the sides. Also, we are unable to do the screen sharing. The same issue is coming in Firefox, Chrome browsers, with in the same network, different networks, with http and https also.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Chandramouli.

Hi Chandramouli,

Did the problem happen in Firefox, Chrome browsers on Windows with P2P? Neither audio or screen sharing has the problem?

Thanks!

Hello Chunbo,

We tested in both Firefox and Chrome. Screen share, messaging (IM), and video are working fine. But, we are unable to hear any audio on both the ends and in both the browsers. Please help us to resolve the issue to run the sample P2P application. So, we will start working on developing our actual application.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Chandramouli.
