Video switch based on VAD mentioned on Intel® CS for WebRTC 2.x feature, how can i test this feature?

Please refer to "Room Management" section in the Intel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTC (Intel® CS for WebRTC) Server Guide. There is information of VAD configuration.
