Video Communication with Volte Phone failiar.

Dear

We try to make a video call with inter webrtc system through IMS network. the signal procesure is OK, but video can not be displayed in webside. Volte phone side, video could be displayed.

please help to check this issue.

1. Test Environment

intel webrtc gateway +　IMS network;

Using intel sample webpage;  Sumsung volte phone.

Test Steps

intel sample webpage call volte phone after all registered.
