x5-Z8350: Crosswalk - WebRTC VP8 HW encoding

Hello everyone!

According to the datasheet of the x5-Z8350 (http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/atom-z8000-datasheet-vol-1.pdf - page 130, Table 72), the SoC is capable of VP8 hardware encoding. I'd like to know, if there's a way to enable VP8 hw-encoding on a Crosswalk-based WebRTC project.
