Administrator account disabled on windows 10 intel compute stick

Wondering if anyone could help me please. I purchased a second hand compute stick STK1AW32SC when I try to boot up it says the administrator account has been disabled and cannot get any further. How can I get logged in? Thanks

You are talking about the windows Administrator account, correct? Sorry, this is a Microsoft issue, no matter what machine you are on.

 

Ask Microsoft that question. Or, contact the seller of your stick.

  1. Prepare Windows Installation Media USB, using Microsoft Media Creation Tool: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209
  2. Insert this USB into USB port on your Comute Stick.
  3. Press Power ON button and repeatably press on F8. You should boot into recovery environment.
  4. Depress Troubleshoot > Reset this PC
