Screen Resolution, which do I choose 100% or 150%? Both are recommended depending on how it feels on boot. Also, how do I get rid of the files shown in the attachment? I did a Disk Cleanup and it removed nearly all (windows old) but the two... it states that I need permission by SYSTEM to delete them... ?

As you said before the Screen Resolution 100% or 150% depends on you, you can try both and choose the one you prefer.

It is not suggested to delete drivers from the folder like the repository file, deleting an incorrect driver might lead to instability and issues within PC.
