The Intel Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit do supports Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2. Hence, you can download the latest OpenVINO™ toolkit from here.
Next, OpenVINO™ toolkit optimized calls for computer vision standards, including OpenCV and OpenCL. Thus, you can compile OpenCL code for Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2. You can refer the link below for more information.
