This is Wednesday August 3rd. The date we have all been waiting for
Anniversary Update to win10!
Updated My Desktop & Tablet OK! Took a long TIME
My Compute Stick STK1A32FC NO LUCK! Never had ANY problems with it!
However, when trying to download the new version to my STK I receive the error "Not Sufficient Memory, need 16 GB"
No surprise in that, was INTEL AWARE of the PROBLEM? Should have been & prepared for it!
I have a128GB SSD installed, can we update from that?
NEED A SOLUTION!
Sorry for Black & large type, have bad eyesight!

Hello Triton:
No problem at all, you can use any type of letter that works best for you, I will try to do the same as well and use a big letter size so you can read it easily.
In regard to your product type, just to make sure, is this the model of the stick: STK1A32SC?
The one you gave use it is not showing in our web site: STK1A32FC:
http://ark.intel.com/products/series/84806/Intel-Compute-Stick-Family http://ark.intel.com/products/series/84806/Intel-Compute-Stick-Family
Also, when you said you have a 128GB SSD, you mean an actual SSD or an SD Card, just wanted to make sure?
In any case, if you are using an SD Card the update cannot be done through it, so the best option in this case will be to transfer some files from the embedded memory of the stick, to the SD card, so you can get the 16GB of memory needed to do the update.
Also, here is a link, that shows you how to clean up the embedded memory of the stick, but, before you use that option, make sure that you back up all the important information you have, either on the SD Card or in a external storage device like a USB drive, the name of the feature is called "Disk Cleanup Tool":

Any questions, please let me know.

Hi Triton,
I was able to install anniversary update by using usb Windows Installer:
1) https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/software-download/windows10 https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/software-download/windows10 <- go there and download Media Creation Tool.</strong>
2) Make bootable usb drive with installation (it downloads the newest available version - 1607).
3) After that DON'T boot installer (it's option for full new installation), just open setup.exe from Windows on your Stick and there you go.
Still, earlier I wiped out all thing bar Windows from MMC and wasn't able to update any other way. Got 18,5GB free, so not sure how much free space the 'usb assisted update' needs.
Hope this helps,
DuckRabbit.
