Compute Stick freezes after boot

Jump to solution

I have upgraded to W10. The stick boots without any error to the Desktop. But after about one Minute on the Desktop it freezes. The mouse pointer still can be moved, but no Input, neither from the mouse nor from the Keyboard, is accepted anymore. If I quickly shutdown right after the boot, it starts to shutdown but then freezes in this process. The Points going in circle stop to move but the mouse can still be moved.

Hello Ivan

Great, solved the problem! Updated BIOS from 86A.0018.2015.0330.1117 to 86A.0031.2015.1027.1417 and now it does not freeze again.

Regards

Oliver
