Factory Reset doesn't work

Hello Support Community,

My Intel Compute Stick doesn't work as I thought it would, so I wanted to send it back, but it won't factory reset. I let it run over night and it is still stuck at 3%. What can I do now?

1. If you have connected some devices to USB port (wireless transmitter , keyboard,...). Disconnect it.
2. If the above will not help, I would power down (long press on Power Button). Then remove Power Adapter.
3. Next. I would restart the resetting process.
