Failing to upgrade a compute stick (1AW32SC) to win 10 pro error 80041023.

I am trying to upgrade a compute stick (1AW32SC) to win 10 pro but keep getting error 80041023( license did not work consult administrator). I am using a group license that is working on another machine, so I think this must be an error with the stick, any suggestions?

Still sounds like a software issue to me. Call Microsoft.
