How can I react on low batterie using a DESKTOP PC with a powerbank instead of the ac power adapter.?

I'm Using - "Intel BOXSTK1AW32SC Compute Stick Desktop PC" with a Powerbank instead of the ac power adapter. The Powerbank will running out of power ater a while. 

Is it possible to read the voltage from the powerbank connected to the Mini PC?

A laptop is able to react on the rest power in the battery and shut down. 

I'm not sure if this is also possible with this Desctop HDMI Stick.

Sorry, no, there is no support for reading this voltage. It was simply not designed to be run off a battery.
